Gas Pipelines

Tyr Energy, Inc. 

Tyr Energy, Inc. (“Tyr”), a Nevada corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroQuest, and is the owner of all of PetroQuest’s natural gas pipeline and gathering systems located in Vinton County, Ohio.  The most significant assets belonging to Tyr are approximately 232 + miles of gas pipeline and gathering systems in Vinton County, Ohio.  Approximately 132 miles of this gas pipeline and gathering system  are located in the Northern and Central Townships of the county, and the remaining 80 + miles are situated in Southern and the South Central Townships.  Tyr has assessed and pressured-tested over 50% of the natural gas pipeline and gathering systems in Vinton County,  and has interconnected over 60% of the gas wells owned by Mountaineer Gas Transmission, Inc.  Management plans to complete the interconnection of all oil wells in the northern gathering system before year end and also plans to acquire new rights-of-way for this system for the purpose of adding to its gathering capabilities. Once this system has been fully assessed, Tyr Energy plans to transport natural gas for Mountaineer Gas Transmission, Inc., and for third parties that desire to sell their gas on the open market.

Twin Fork Transportation, L.L.C.

Twin Fork Transportation, L.L.C. (“Twin Fork”), a Nevada limited liability company, owns and has placed into service approximately 25 miles of natural gas pipeline and gathering system in Wood County, West Virginia.  This pipeline and gathering system, which was placed into service in early July of 2007, is capable of supplying natural gas to both open and closed systems.  Twin Fork has been approached by several industrial end users of natural gas to assess the feasibility of such industrial users of gas being connected to this system and being allowed to  purchase natural gas directly from Twin Fork.  PetroQuest owns 51% of this company.
