PetroQuest Resources, Inc. (“PetroQuest”), a Nevada corporation,  is a publicly held oil and gas production and exploration corporation.  PetroQuest’s common stock is currently traded on the Pink Sheets Exchange.  PetroQuest conducts its oil and gas business through its subsidiaries and controlled entities.  PetroQuest’s long term goal is to become a substantial oil and gas producer and natural gas transporter (through ownership of natural gas pipelines and gas gathering systems), focusing its efforts in the States of West Virginia and Ohio, and becoming an oil and gas producer in the State of Texas in the near future.  PetroQuest’s current subsidiaries and controlled entities are described in the above links.
